Located on lower Niagara Street on Buffalo’s West Side, Turner Bros. Lofts is on the doorstep of Downtown Buffalo. This historic building features lofts with in-unit washers and dryers, stainless steel appliances and elegant features like granite countertops and engineered hardwood. The building includes a full array of amenities, including a fitness center, on-site gated parking, and a rooftop deck.
The surrounding streetscape on Niagara Street has recently been re-done by the City of Buffalo and now includes bike lanes better linking the area to Downtown and the waterfront. For commuters, the building also has convenient access to the I-190 thruway with an on/off ramp across the street.
Originally, the building was founded as a soda and bitters factory in the mid-19th century and then transformed into a storage facility. When the building was renovated in 2017, many of the building’s original industrial features were incorporated into the new design. Many of the units feature exposed ductwork and brick walls, among other historic design elements. Each space features elegant finishes such as granite countertops and engineered hardwood throughout.
