Musical Suites is a 25,000 SF mixed-use project with 22 one-bedroom apartments and a 1,500 SF professional office space. Construction on the project began in late 2020 and was completed early 2022. This property is located at 415 Elmwood Avenue, formerly Community Music School. The property consists of the repurposed existing building, as well as a new building.
